📅 How do I book a tour with Evo Moto Adventures?
Booking is easy! Simply select your desired tour on our website, fill out the booking form, and we’ll send you an invoice. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance is due 28 days before the tour start date. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full.
Our tours are all-inclusive during riding days and include:
  • Motorcycle hire (with helmet if needed)
  • Fuel and bike maintenance
  • Accommodation (twin-share)
  • Daily breakfast and lunch
  • Daily breakfast and lunch
  • Refreshments during ride breaks
  • All entrance fees and activities listed in the itinerary
  • Maps and support materials
  • Waterproof touring bag and gear
  • Motorcycle damage waiver included (valued at $20 USD/day)
Airfares, travel insurance, and accommodation before/after tour dates are not included.
We use reliable, reputable bikes selected specifically for the terrain of each tour. All bikes are regularly serviced by expert mechanics to ensure top performance and rider safety.
We provide waterproof touring bags and accessories to carry your gear on the bike. For larger group bookings, a support vehicle can be arranged for an additional fee.
You’ll need to bring:
  • Helmet (or use one of ours)
  • Gloves
  • Protective riding jacket and pants
  • Sturdy, enclosed footwear
  • Wet weather gear
  • Eye protection (goggles, glasses, or visor)
  • Daypack or hydration pack
  • Padded riding shorts (recommended for long ride days)
We also suggest bringing sunscreen, swimwear, and a light jacket for cooler elevations.
Our tours operate rain or shine. We plan our itineraries with flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions. Wet weather gear is essential, and our guides are trained to adjust routes for safety if needed.
Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory. Make sure your policy specifically covers motorcycle riding, including medical evacuation and trip cancellations. You must also hold a valid motorcycle license in your country of residence.
Yes. You’ll need:
  • A valid passport
  • An appropriate visa for the destination country
  • An International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to your home country motorcycle license

We keep our group sizes small and personal, typically between 6–10 riders, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Larger group bookings can be arranged with custom options available.

Yes, non-riders can join as pillion passengers or travel in the support vehicle (if arranged). Contact us directly to discuss options for non-riding guests.

All touring-day expenses are covered in your all-inclusive price, including a damage waiver for your motorcycle. You’ll only need spending money for personal purchases, souvenirs, or optional activities outside the itinerary.
